We've done this inside big companies
We're developers and architects who learned the craft where software has to hold up under real-world load. For more than a decade we've designed, built, and operated business-critical systems inside some of Europe's largest organisations — the kind thousands of people rely on every day, where downtime simply isn't an option.
As solution and platform architects, we owned the design of large distributed systems, brought sprawling application landscapes into a coherent whole, and kept those platforms stable and highly available under heavy load. We never stopped writing code ourselves — from the backend to the mobile app — and automated development, delivery, and operations so teams could focus on what matters instead of manual routine.
Across many of those projects we've worked deeply with AI — integrating language models into existing products, building intelligent automation, and putting large volumes of data to work. We know where AI creates real value and where it only adds overhead, and we build it in so it runs reliably and productively rather than merely impressing.
That range — the big picture of architecture, the depth of hands-on engineering, and a confident command of modern AI — is what defines how we work: we think in systems, and we build them with our own hands. These are exactly the problems our products grew out of.

Andre Jordan
24 years of enterprise IT across automation, software development, and platform architecture. Began as infrastructure and automation lead at ADA – Das Systemhaus, then more than a decade at METRO Group driving automation and software development, followed by lead architect at Med 360° and principal architect at Sana Kliniken, architecting mission-critical, highly available systems to healthcare-grade security and compliance standards. Designs Kubernetes and virtualization platforms across the major clouds, builds the automation that keeps them running, and brings machine learning into production. A hands-on full-stack developer who builds desktop, mobile, and web applications, backed by deep Unix/Linux expertise.
